Very sad news to report. Heather Miller has lost her battle with cancer. She passed away in her mother's arms Friday.
We wrote about Heather in June that she had mustered "the energy after chemo and surgery to remove several ribs - to visit the Pittsburgh Steelers and even throw a few passes."
Her family asks that you make a donation to the Make-a-Wish foundation.
