World's Fattest Man Down to 686 Pounds

Paul Mason has lost 280lbs and is now a svelte 686 pounds. He expects to lose more now that he's undergone gastric bypass surgery.

An NHS source said, "He said his aim is to be able to get into a mobility wheelchair and eventually drive a car. Since the operation he's been in very good spirits, chatting and joking with the doctors and nurses."



Mike Francesa should be proud.
