I was able to get the real answer from Competitor.com, the site that features her Tour de France videos. Her name is Holly Kishere and she's a San Diego model. She remains a mystery, though, because there aren't any recent pics of her on the Web, and she looks very different from her days as an IFL ring girl.
The 22-year-old 5' 6" IFL blonde is actually a model from Bournemouth, United Kingdom. She moved to Los Angeles a few years ago. She has a degree in IT Systems Analysis and Design or something like that. And, surprise surprise, she was Miss Hawaiian Tropic Great Britain 2006.
Oh, and she was featured in an NYC Celebrity Pink Jeans Company campaign. Jimmy should have known her...
