Eddie Erickson Never Had a High Opinion of WFAN (And 660 Producer Jobs Kind of Suck)

All right boys and girls. WFAN is looking for a producer for the Mike'd Up show after Eddie Erickson tore out of the building after a brawl with the oppressive and abusive Mike Francesa, Phil Mushnick reports.

We've all seen Eddie harassed on-air by the big blow hard. And back in January, Erickson joked (we thought) a bit about working for Francesa:

Here's a copy of the producer job that opened up when EE jumped last week.

Producer

We have an immediate opening for a producer at WFAN for the Mike Francesa “Mike’d Up” show. This is a rare opportunity to work on the #1 sports show in America heard Monday-Friday 1-6:30pm. It is a high profile and very demanding job. You must be quick on your feet and able to interact with sports personalities, agents and sports team personnel. This person must have excellent organizational skills. Local and out of town travel for remote broadcasts is required. This is NOT an on-air position.

Interestingly, something that is missing from this post that was in the producer req CBS put up when Gregg Giannotti left:

A) Benefits may or may not be available.
B) You must also be able to manage on-air talent.

Wonder if there are any benefits for working with the big jerk.
