Indiana High Schooler Temporarily Paralyzed Following Lay Up Attempt [Video]

Alex Etherington of Hamilton Heights High School (Ind.) was undercut while going for a dunk by Peru High School's Josh Hobson last weekend. Hobson received an an intentional foul call for the slight shove and Austin Etherington, Alex' brother, was whistled for a technical foul.

Etherington was knocked unconscious and was temporarily paralyzed. He's recovered movement while at Fort Wayne hospital - but will miss the rest of the season.
