Radio station suspends duo for calling Whitney Houston a 'crack ho'

Los Angeles, LA -- KFI AM 640 suspended John Kobylt and Ken Chiampo (the John and Ken Show) for making what they called insensitive and inappropriate comments about the late Whitney Houston. "KFI AM 640 Management does not condone, support or tolerate statements of this kind."

The statements? She's a crack ho who's been doing it for 20 years. She's dead? It took her this long?

Yeah, that's probably a station you don't want to work for if you want to do real radio.

John Kobylt said, “We made a mistake, and we accept the station’s decision. We used language that was inappropriate, and we sincerely apologize to our listeners and to the family of Ms. Houston.”
