The Wolf v. BMW suit alleges that Wolf has continued to suffer an erection since a September 2010 4-hour round-trip ride on his 1993 BMW bike with a "ridge-like" seat. That's almost 2 years of priapism.
The suit is seeking damages for emotional distress as Wolf "now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish."
