This is just stupid. Kate Upton's Cat Daddy video, the official one, was removed by YouTube as a violation of YouTube's policy on nudity or sexual content. That didn't stop dozens of freeloaders from ripping the video and uploading it themselves without any issues. And now? YouTube has restored the Terry Richardson original.
“With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call,” said a Google spokeswoman. “When it’s brought to our attention that a video has been removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it.”
They do? Ever had one of your videos incorrectly downed? You get it back up? Quickly?
Yeah, right.
