SUMMER 2012

Continuing Education: Hospitality, Tourism, and Sports Management

Professional football is the most watched sport in America. Taught in a fun and conversational style, this course transforms the experience of watching or attending a game by examining how teams are constructed, why some teams are successful and others struggle, the science of managing player costs and contracts under the salary cap; how agents operate within the sport, and more. Students visit a stadium or league facility and hear from leading agents, former club executives, and current commentators, media personalities, and league officials.
How great is that?
