Rick's Cabaret/NYC Exotic Dancers Host Farewell Party For Jeremy Lin On July 25th...THEY'LL PERFORM "TOPLESS TOAST" TO WISH HIM WELL
NEW YORK, NY -- Entertainers at Rick's Cabaret/New York (the official gentlemen's club of Bob's Blitz) who were captivated by NY Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin will bid him a fond farewell on Wednesday, July 25th. Lin joined the Houston Rockets.
The open to the public party will begin at 8pm with a celebratory "topless toast" performed by the Rick's Cabaret Girls to bring Lin good luck. Basketball fans wearing any Lin or Knicks merchandise will receive free admission to the all-night festivities.
Topless entertainers at the club operated by publicly traded Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (RICK) were enthusiastic supporters of Lin during the "Linsanity" craze that swept the city after he came off the bench earlier this year and became a high-scoring sensation.
"We all loved Jeremy and we were all energized by him when he was playing so well," said Monica, a buxom 5'6" blonde who often sported only a mini-sized version of Lin's famous #17 jersey while giving lap dances at the club. "I'm happy for the girls at our sister Rick's Cabaret in Houston, because he'll bring a lot to that city when he plays there."
"We will miss Jeremy, but we always support the Knicks since basketball players are some of our best tippers and Knicks fans are super cool," said Kelsey, a tiny dancer with a perfect 10 figure.
The club at 50 West 33rd Street is one block away from Madison Square Garden and is thus a popular pre- and post-game spot for Knicks fans. Guests keep one eye on the large screen hi-def TVs during games, with the other eye on the non-stop cabaret show.
