Minor League Manager Goes Wild, Hands Base To Fan
In the first inning of an Asheville Tourists game against the Charleston River Dogs, Tourists Minor league baseball manager Joe Mikuluk thought that Charleston base runner Cito Culver should have been called out for running outside the base paths during a rundown. So he explained such to the ump. And then gave a base away.
