(Video) Cardinals score 4 with 2 out in the 9th to beat the Nats and head to the NLCS

Down 7-5 in the top of the 9th against the Nationals last night, St. Louis Cardinal Carlos Beltran lead off with a double, moved to third on a ground out, and stood there as Allen Craig struck out. And that's when the magic happened. Watch Daniel Descalso and Pete Kozma turn a two-run deficit into a two-run NLDS lead against the Nats.

In the bottom of the 9th, Jason Motte gets Ryan Zimmerman to pop out to second base to end the game and send the Cardinals to the NLCS.

That Jayson Werth hero cake only lasted a day.
