Yankees Brass Orders Ushers to Move Fans to Make Stadium Look 'Fuller': Usher

Yankee Stadium holds 51,000 fans. Last night's announced crowd was 47,122. We've always found it funny that clowns Michael Kay and John Sterling felt the need to say "we've got a packed house tonight" when there were obviously empty seats. Who cares, right?

But what if the talkers are under orders from Yankees execs. Sinister conspiracy theory? Not if you believe a Stadium usher who told Yahoo sports that he was told to corral fans from the high seats and put them into lower, higher priced seats during the 4th inning of last night's ALCS.

"I don't know what it's about," the usher said. "I guess they want to make it look better on TV."

Indeed. Only it looks much, much worse this morning on the internets.
