Mason, OH -- Mason Comets 2nd grader (Western Row Elementary student) Michael Niere (#83) makes a one-handed interception and gets so excited he briefly runs the wrong way before circling in for the pick-6.
"It was like someone tipped it and I caught it," Michael said. "I was confused, and then I ran the other way and then I ran the other way and that was the right way. It made me feel like we were six points ahead of the other team." (The Comets were actually up 46-0.)
Gotta love that.
