Westmont's (CA) Jordan Sachs sunk this incredible 1/2 court buzzer beater in OT and all the announcers announced
The South Dakota School of Mines men's basketball team made a ten point comeback in the last minute of play against Westmont last night to force overtime. Then, in said overtime up 1 with 3.1 seconds to go, SDSM&T's AJ Trennepohl missed a free throw. (Maybe purposely because you never expect Jordan Sachs.) Sachs grabbed the rebound, pushed it up and let it fly from half-court. Scott Hempy with the play-by-play gets jumped by Angelina Gonzalez and we have dueling announcers to boot. True college spirit right there folks.
