Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, in a box with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and NFL commish Roger Goodell, immediately thought 'cyber attack' at Super Bowl blackout:

[Outgoing head of the Pentagon] Panetta mused about a cyber attack, but quickly ruled it out. Meanwhile, Gov. Christie said, ‘I hope this doesn’t happen in New Jersey.’

And we're sure someone blamed George W. Bush for it.
