Greg Zipadelli, manager for Tony Stewart's racing team, told the AP that the NASCAR champion will not compete today in a NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen International after he hit and killed 20-year-old Kevin Ward Jr. Saturday night at the Empire Super Sprints series event at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park. Doesn't make video of Ward madly jaywalking the dirt track any less tough to watch.
Regan Smith will drive Stewart's No. 14 car in the race.
Laura Bush killed a guy once too. And, like Laura, Stewart is not at fault.
