East Windsor NJ Township Promotes James A. Geary to Chief

East Windsor, NJ -- East Windsor New Jersey's Chief of Police Harry Marshall only lasted slightly longer than 2 years. As we reported last month that he would, Marshall has left his post.

Lieutenant James A. Geary, former Administrative Commander, has been promoted to the Chief of Police spot effective immediately with Lt. Christopher Jackson taking on the Administrative Commander role.

Newly minted Lieutenant George Cory Paieda, who has been on the force since 2001, slides into the Operations Commander spot.

Chief James Geary joined the East Windsor Police Department on July 5, 1995 shortly after graduation from the Somerset County Police Academy. Geary has his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Richard Stockton College a master’s degree in administrative science as well. A good man, the Blitz wishes him all the best.

As always, we ask you to support East Windsor NJ PBA Local 191. Someone has to.
