Watch SPHL Peoria Rivermen's Donald Olivieri make a defender do the splits on way to OT winner

The Peoria Rivermen of the Southern Professional Hockey League overcame a 4-1 deficit to beat the Columbus Cottonmouths 5-4 in on their home ice in front of 8,396 Saturday night.

The Rivermen got the game-winner 2:59 into the overtime period when Donald Olivieri raced into the Columbus zone one-on-one with Evan Neugold. Olivieri deked around Neugold...putting the Cottonmouths' center on the ground before he cut across the goalmouth and went top-shelf over a sprawled Andrew Loewen for the win.

And in hockey - losing one's jock may include a painful looking split move to boot.

The win comes two days after Columbus’ team bus was involved in a rollover accident on its way to Peoria Thursday afternoon -- leaving more than half of the Snakes’ roster unable to play in Saturday’s game.
