Kim Dotcom is facing extradition to the U.S. after High Court appeal

The New Zealand High Court has upheld a ruling that internet mogul Kim Dotcom can be extradited to the U.S. but not over copyright infringement. Dotcom and three other men involved with his Megaupload site are facing other charges including conspiracy to commit racketeering and money laundering. His lawyer said he will appeal the decision.
