Mike Francesa was on CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report yesterday

CNBC's Squawk stuff and Halftime report are top notch. Until they bring Mike Francesa on to talk about the NCAA arrests. Mike decided to tout stocks. "I'm a big tech guy, so I'm a big [NVDA] Nvidia guy, I'm a big [AMZN] Amazon guy always," Francesa said on CNBC's "Halftime Report" Tuesday.

LOL, big.

"I tell you one that (fellow heavyweight) Josh [Brown] gave me that did really well, ALB [Albemarle]. I still own it … He made me a lot of money with that stock," he added.

Joshua Brown is the CEO of Ritholtz Wealth Management...were he touts himself as the star of CNBC's “The Halftime Report.”

The radio legend's picks are crushing the market this year so far – Albemarle is up 50 percent year to date, Nvidia is up 64 percent and Amazon is up 25 percent through midday Tuesday compared with the S&P 500's 12 percent return. So you know he's lying.
