Drain the Swamp: Some videos of Rand Paul's epic spending speech missing Pentagon audit remarks

NPR reported in December of 2017 that the Defense Department was going to be audited and that it had famously never been audited, despite receiving hundreds of billions of dollars annually and having more than $2 trillion in assets, before that. Politico's Brian Bender revealed this week that "Ernst & Young found that the Defense Logistics Agency failed to properly document more than $800 million in construction projects, just one of a series of examples where it lacks a paper trail for millions of dollars in property and equipment. Across the board, its financial management is so weak that its leaders and oversight bodies have no reliable way to track the huge sums it's responsible for, the firm warned in its initial audit of the massive Pentagon purchasing agent."

Some videos of Rand Paul's epic speech on government spending have mysteriously edited or purposely omitted the discussion of that audit of the Pentagon. Why?

Here's what he said in one of the few complete videos of his address.
