Another attorney has been added pro hac vice to Joe Benigno's defense team in the sexual harassment case

Michael L. Banks has been permitted pro hac vice to represent Defendants Entercom Communications Corp., CBS Radio Inc., CBS Radio East, LLC (incorrectly named in the Complaint as “CBS Sports Radio”), Joseph Benigno, Sean Argaman, and Mark Zukerman (collectively, “Defendants”) in the sexual harassment lawsuit against all of them. Banks, of Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia, joins Blair J. Robinson and Marissa K. Zalasky in this capacity.

So, apparently, Arturo Adalia is not repping Benigno.

In a related note we are made aware that the plaintiff's attorneys, The Clancy Law Firm, are aware of Jerry Recco and Gregg Giannotti's statements.

The discovery end date is 8/20/19. Plaintiff is providing medical authorizations to defense to examine all medical records related to her most severe injury: Psychological emotional distress.
