WFAN down big in January as Kay passes tired Francesa

The new year has not been good for WFAN. Led by a tired and delusional Mike Francesa, a repetitive and tired Boomer & Gio, ESPN had their rating move up .3 while WFAN's cume (the total number of different persons who tune to a radio station during the course of a daypart for at least five minutes) was down 13%.

January 2019 WEPN rating 1.8 (1.5) cume 755,300 (851,500)

The The Michael Kay Show is currently NY's #3 during 3-6:30 with unemployed men 25-54 grabbing 5.8% of that audience. Francesa, NY's #6, saw a 5% plus a .7% stream for a losing 5.7% total.

Francesa's failed app? Not one positive review during the time frame of December 2018 through January 15th, 2019 according to Sensor Tower.

The state of NY sports talk radio is horrible.
