Texas A&M CC star Kareem South hit a wild 3 pointer as crowd tricked him with clock countdown

Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Kareem South had the ball in the CIT semifinals last night when University of Maryland (Baltimore County) fans tried to rush his shot by creating a fake shot clock countdown.

It didn't work. (Well...it did - but it didn't.)

Bam. Rashawn Thomas scored 23 points (becoming the first player in Texas A&M-Corpus Christi history to surpass 2,000) and the Islanders dominated the second half to defeat UMBC 79-61.
