CBS' Craig Carton, Boomer Esiason Rip ESPN's Linda Cohn's Frivolous Ice Rink Lawsuit

ESPN's Linda Cohn is suing Brewster Ice Arena...because a change machine fell on her. Cohn had planned to play with the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack in March. However, she didn’t make it out on the ice because she cut her arm on a coin change machine. She wrote at the time, "This is what kept me from taking ice w @WolfpackAHL today. Some kids playing in arcade knocked over metal machine onto my arm. 25 stitches!"

We wrote of it: "Hopefully ESPN investigators can track down the kids who knocked over the machine - the real responsible ones."

Today, WFAN's Craig Carton concurred, labeling the suit 'dopey' and calling on Cohn to sue the kids. Boomer Esiason added, "Sue the parents."

*Update: Southeast Sports Complex, Players Club at Brewster Ice Arena, and Steve Santini, a local high school hockey coach, are named as defendants.
