Retired Army infantry squad leader Charles Robel graduated in 2013 from Waukesha County Technical College with a degree in Machine Tool Operation - Prototype Stampings. Today he joined President Donald Trump at the White House as the President announced his new Apprenticeship plan. As the President spoke of Robel he stated of his technical college success, "He [Charles] was really, really good at it...they say."
Before joking, "That's what they say, I haven't checked. Charles? They tell me - I haven't checked, I wanna check you out ok?"
