Master Christopher Brooks from CMB Karate (West Windsor, NJ) talked bullying & depression & suicide at his 2019 USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame Acceptance Speech and it was powerful stuff.



And that's not just for martial arts school owners and instructors. We all need to be more diligent looking for those signs.
