Loser NY Mets team lays down as Marlins play 'Take me out to the Ballgame' ('Taps') version for Jose Fernandez

Half a dozen games to go, fighting for a wild card -- the New York Mets embarrassed themselves after the Florida Marlins honored the deceased Jose Fernandez last night with a 'Take me out to the Ballgame' rendition that sounded like 'Taps.'



Have to listen to the Mets TV broadcasting crew sniffling and talking bullshit 'divine intervention.' Please - shut up. All that followed by Asdrubal Cabrera sympathetically comforted Justin Bour ... (during the game!) and Bartolo Colon grooving one so Dee Gordon could hit a right handed lead off home run.



Bullshit group of losers. Would be appropriate if they lose the Wildcard by 1/2 a game.
