Valerie Worthington accidentally choked out Ultimate Fighter 22 winner Ryan Hall at Fifty/50 BJJ during a seminar.



Now, that's great. But not as great as the video of Hall incapacitating a possibly drunk aggressor in that NJ pizzeria.
