CNBC's Sara Eisen is dumbfounded at House Committee on Financial Services members collective stupidity. "Some basic misunderstandings by lawmakers of the rules and regulations on these banks" is a nice way of asking, "How the hell does a member of Congress, one on the friggin' House Committee on Financial Services, come to a hearing and ask questions that can have no answer?!"
