Former Sports Director of WCPO TV in Cincinnati John Popovich was the 'voice' of Cincinnati sports for 40 years. Back in 1994 Popovich went to the Esiason home in New York to visit with Boomer Esiason and 3-year-old Gunnar after the latter was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
