Latasha Marzolla, Playboy's 2004 Model of the Year, faced Nikki Rae Lowe at Tuff-N-Uff Futer Stars of MMA on October 22, 2010. She lost the fight via TKO after dislocating her elbow in the first round.
About the 1:05 mark, Marzolla gets taken down on the elbow. Though the announcer wasn't quite sure what was going on. The replay, at 2:25 or so, is nasty.
