NY Post Ink Slinger Peter Vecsey's Needling Perturbs Magic Johnson

Magic Johnson is not too happy with the NY Post's Peter Vecsey. (Johnson joined ESPN.com's NBA writer Chris Sheridan as the latest member of the media to overreact to Peter's pricking.) Friday, Peter wrote: "A former player finds it unreal for Magic Johnson to go an entire Finals as an ABC analyst without offering the slightest insight whatsoever. 'I assume he remembers something about the game.'"

Johnson took to Twitter: “Is Peter Vecsey still on TV? That’s right, no, because he wasn’t very good. For those of you who don’t know, Peter used to be a powerful figure in the NBA back in the day, but now he’s the low man on the totem pole.”

So low on that totem pole that the Rent-A-Center, Debit Card, Tax Loan pitchman (and ex Magic Hour host) had to do the dignify that comment with a comment thing.
