28-year-old Daren C. Abbey
is in jail under $75,000 bond on charges of felony malicious harassment. Daren allegedly verbally assaulted 46-year-old Marlon L. Baker inside an Idaho bar. Not wanting a confrontation - Baker left the bar. Abbey followed him out and, in front of witnesses, continued to harass him before finally shoving Baker.
Baker turned, took one punch, and knocked Abbey out.
