Driver smashes bike on Fahy Bridge, flees, is stopped by bus and car

Bethlehem, PA -- No idea why you'd cross the Fahy Bridge on a bike but if you do you have the legal right to not get hit. And, if you are the eventual hitter, you legally have to stick around. And if you decide not to stay around, folks might make you do so.
