One Armed Nick Newell KO'd his XFC 19 Opponent with this Beautiful Knee KO

One armed MMA fighter Nick Newell defeated David Mays by knockout in the first round Friday at XFC 19: Charlotte Showdown in North Carolina. The 26-year-old is now 8-0 in his MMA career thanks to his left knee.



You may recall Newell -- he's the fighter that Craig Carton couldn't keep down despite being placed in the rear naked roll.

Or, "You crazy, one-armed bastard! Go Nick," as announcer Michael Schiavello put it.
