24-year-old Egyptian 'bodybuilder' Moustafa Ismail has had the Guinness Book of Records certify his 31 inch biceps as the biggest in the world. No, they were not dissected or biopsied. Nor was his gut measured. His tiny wrists and forearms won nothing.
