We know -- you thought we'd go for the cheap joke and that the answer was 'because he had no hands.' Well, no. Iranian discus silver winner Mehrdad Karam Zadeh's reason for not shaking the Dutchess of Cambridge's hand after she bestowed such medal on his chest was -- because she's a she.



To be fair, Zadeh really, really shook the hand of the dude that gave him flowers. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
