(Video) Santonio Holmes and the Jets demonstrate what 'awful' looks like

The New York Jets are where they usually are 4 years into a coach and or quarterback's reign: In need of a complete tear down and rebuild. Just sit back and allow Santonio Holmes to demonstrate what a complete 'Cluster F*ck' looks like.

Take your pick: Tony Sparano, Tim Tebow, and Mark Sanchez setting offense back to the 30s. Holmes and his ridiculous 1st down displays. Kyle Wilson waving his finger after being burned for the third time when he's lucky enough to be saved by an overthrow. Which one part of this team is most responsible for the availability of 'season tickets for just $50 bucks!'?

And to think, the team wanted us to ante up $28k in PSL fees and $1000 per game for 2 season tickets just 4 short years ago (after 25 years with them).

This team is hard to like.

Afterwards, in his post game presser, Rex Ryan was blunt: "I was going to say we got our butt kicked, but really, we got our ass kicked," the Jets' coach said. "There's no two ways, ins or outs about it.

"Here's the recipe for getting your ass kicked, all right: 2 for 13 on third down. That's 15 percent. Four turnovers. A blocked punt when they rush one guy. And giving up 245 yards rushing. How's that for a recipe?"

"Obviously unacceptable," Ryan said. "We got to look at it. It starts with the coaches. (The players) are not going to be in on Monday or Tuesday. They've got to dig deep and look down at themselves, and we have to look as coaches at what we're doing.

"I've never given up so many rushing yards in my life. So what can we do to help? We can't just say it's poor tackling or this or that. There must be something to it. So we're going to find out. But clearly we're not going to beat anybody when you play like that.

"We couldn't convert a third down. We couldn't protect, and we struggled running the football. Other than that ... I don't know."

Thank goodness the guys have a mini-vacation going into prep work for Monday night against Houston.
