Dan in Connecticut tells Mike Francesa that "God help us. The culture of this country is going backwards. We're going to hell in a hand basket. This stuff about gay being cool and stuff, I couldn't disagree with it more."

The homophobe went on to conclude, "If they're gay, why do they have to come out?"

Gay pioneer Mike Francesa's reply? "I understand that."



God help us if Mike has to break down gay players coming out in the near future.
