Yeah, that's a deer with a Doritos bag on its head. dbtechno.com reports that two deputies from Big Pine Key Florida rescued the doe:
In fact, the officers were able to approach the animal without it getting spooked. That allowed them to take a picture of the young fawn before they removed the bag of chips. As soon as the bag was removed, the deer disappeared into the nearby forest. The officers do not believe that the bag on its head was the result of a cruel human prank. Rather, they figured the deer was trying to reach the remaining chip in the bag.
They also speculated that the animal was ready to have the bag removed which is why it didn’t not run as they approached it. For the sake of completeness, the brand of Doritos it was wearing was “DINAMITA Chile Limon Rolled Flavored Tortilla Chips”.
