John Kruk Removed from ESPN Booth via Stretcher

John Kruk's streak is over. He was taken from the ESPN broadcast booth last night.

John Kruk was just taken from the press box here. He won't be calling the game tonight for ESPN. He was conscious and responsive.

UPDATE: At the open of the ESPN broadcast, Dan Shulman said Kruk was "under the weather." According to a statement from the network, Kruk is in stable condition after being treated for dehydration:

"John left the booth feeling dizzy and was diagnosed with dehydration. His vital signs are stable and he's in good spirits. We wish him a speedy recovery.”

Which was interesting because Bramlett added, "He was wheeled out on a stretcher saying that he was drinking tons of water. It's not too terribly warm here."
