Black Parallel Possini Euro Rectangle Chandelier (K6113) with black finish wood rectangle surrounds Installed the Black Parallel Possini Euro Rectangle Chandelier K6113 on Wednesday. Two of the Black finish wood rectangle surrounds were warped. Warped in such a way that one would not notice until it was actually suspended in the air.
We made due. We removed one of the surrounds and then inserted the resulting unused chrome caps midway on either side to prop up the inferior rectangle.
As you might guess - the EuroStyleLighting.com 'Satisfaction Guarantee' is pretty much a moot point once items are installed and -- $299 for the 'Black Parallel Possini Euro Rectangle Chandelier'? Outrageous.
Possibly more outrageous is no reply to two emails to customer service, no reply to numerous tweets, and...our 2 star review looks like 5 stars at this time on their site.
As bad as Macy's customer service? Depends -- do you like lies or silence?
