The Brooklyn Nets have launched an eWallet app, here's Craig Carton using it

The Brooklyn Nets have launched an eWallet product w/AMEX where fans can now pay for concessions at the Barclays Center with their smartphones.

Through a partnership with American Express Company (NYSE: AXP), fans attending a Brooklyn Nets home game can now pay for their hot dogs and game-day purchases through Brooklyn eWallet, a new feature which is embedded inside the official Brooklyn Nets app.

Users can store up to 10 debit or credit cards on the app. To pay for a purchase, the user simply taps the "make a purchase" option inside the eWallet and scan a QR code generated at the cash.

"Visitors to Barclays Center are constantly using their smartphones around the venue," said Joanna Lambert, American Express' senior vice president of product development and management. "Now with the eWallet, they can easily and quickly buy food and drinks while interacting with digital content served up by American Express and the Nets."

Keeping his ego in check joining the masses and donning a ski cap for some reason, here's Craig Carton using said app.
