Craig Carton parodied Mike Francesa's hostile use of the M-word, then attacked Michael Kay's Twitter

A dwarf asked Marv Lewis about Johnny Manziel's height in response to his offensive 'midget' comment. Mike Francesa, repeatedly, used the abusive m-word to talk about the little person presser. Craig Carton parodied such this A.M., sans use of the pejorative term.

In a related rant, Carton went after the Michael Kay Show YES on Twitter ‏@TMKSonYES, for 'stealing' "Tell your friends" in the following tweet.
