Shocking video shows Ray & Janay Rice making out in the elevator ... right after infamous KO

Here is why Janay Palmer Rice, domestic abuse victim, should never have been heard by the NFL as a character witness for Ray Rice. ABC News has obtained bizarre new video that shows a handcuffed Ray and Janay...making out in the elevator moments after his vicious knock out of her in Atlantic City.

But then Palmer – who admitted she was pie-eyed during the violent encounter – inexplicably started nuzzling and making out with the disgraced ex-NFL star, who earned Pro Bowl honors while playing for the Baltimore Ravens.

Both were arrested though charges against Janay were dropped.

That's a healthy an intimidating relationship right there.
