New Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan was on with Craig Carton this morning when the Bill Belichick DeflateGate press conference started. WFAN decided to dump Maccagnan and go to Belichick as Bill was actually claiming that NFL ball handling rules are in that section of the book that he isn't well versed in.
