FOX8's Kristi Capel calls Lady Gaga's act "jiggaboo" music...not once but twice

Fox 8's, Miss Missouri USA 2006, Kristi Capel dropped not one but 2 "Jigaboo" lines on Lady Gaga this morning.



But don't worry -- she didn't know that was a word. She was just coining it.
