Fay Vincent: Pete Rose lifetime ban should not be lifted
Former baseball commissioner Fay Vincent and John Dowd, author of the report that led to Pete Rose's agreement to be banned from baseball, appeared with WFAN's Ed Randall this weekend. Neither want new MLB commish Rob Manfred to lift Rose's lifetime ban and both believe Rose has no chance of being elected to the hall of fame in any case to boot.
